Application should be submitted to the authorised officer in relation to the principal fishing base to which a change has been proposed. For further details see defination in rule 2(c) of the Rules.

Not applicable in case of Non-mechanised fishing vessel.

(d)

State name of principal fishing base with reference to its defination in rule 2(c) of the Rules.

(e)

Prescribed fee should conform with the rate prescribed in rule 3(6) of the Rules.
